Our Services

Design & Installation of Cathodic Protection Systems:

a. We design and install customized cathodic protection systems to prevent corrosion in a variety of pipelines, including:

i. PCP (Permanent Cathodic Protection): A permanently installed system that provides continuous protection against corrosion using impressed current or sacrificial anodes. This is the most common type of CP for pipelines.

ii. TCP (Temporary Cathodic Protection): A temporary system used for short-term protection during construction, repairs, or inspections. It can also be used in areas where a permanent system is not feasible.

Annual Monitoring and Maintenance (AMC) of CP Systems:

a. Ensure the ongoing effectiveness of your CP system with our comprehensive annual maintenance contracts. We conduct regular inspections, testing, and adjustments to optimize performance and prevent costly failures.

b. AMC/ARC of PCP & TCP: We provide specialized AMC and ARC (Anode Replacement Contract) services for both permanent and temporary cathodic protection systems.

CP System Repairs:

a. We offer expert repair services for all types of CP systems, addressing issues such as:

i. Rectifier malfunctions: Troubleshooting and repair of power supply units.

ii. Cable faults: Detection and repair of damaged or corroded cables.

iii. Anode degradation: Replacement of depleted anodes to maintain system effectiveness.

iv. TLP Maintenance & Repair: Specialized maintenance and repair of Test Lead Points (TLPs) for all TLP types (DAC, A, B, C, D, E, small, big), ensuring accurate monitoring of your CP system.

Supply & Installation of CP System Components:

a. We provide a complete range of CP system components, including:

i. Rectifiers: Supply and installation of high-quality rectifiers to provide the necessary DC current for cathodic protection.

ii. Junction boxes: Installation of junction boxes to distribute current and protect electrical connections.

iii. Test stations: Installation of test stations for convenient monitoring and measurement of CP system parameters.

iv. Cables and wires: Supply and installation of specialized cables and wires designed for CP applications.

Supply & Installation of Anodes:

a. We supply and install a variety of anodes to suit your specific needs, including:

i. Zinc anodes: Cost-effective anodes for use in various soil and water conditions.

ii. Magnesium anodes: High-driving potential anodes for challenging environments.

iii. Aluminum anodes: Lightweight and efficient anodes suitable for specific applications.

iv. Titanium anodes: Long-lasting anodes with excellent performance in harsh conditions.

b. We also offer anode maintenance services to ensure their optimal performance and longevity.

Surveys & Inspections:

a. We conduct comprehensive surveys and inspections to assess the condition and effectiveness of your CP system:

i. DCVG Survey (Direct Current Voltage Gradient): A non-destructive technique to locate coating defects and identify areas of corrosion activity.

ii. CIPL Survey (Cathodic Protection Inspection Log): Detailed inspection and documentation of CP system components and their condition.

iii. CAT Survey (Current Attenuation Test): Measures the attenuation of impressed current along a pipeline to identify areas of potential corrosion

Specialized Cathodic Protection Services:

a. Pin Brazing: We provide expert pin brazing services for creating reliable electrical connections to pipelines and other metallic structures. This technique is crucial for attaching test leads, bonding cables, and installing anodes.

b. Other Related Activities: We offer a range of other specialized services in the cathodic protection domain, including:

i. Stray Current Analysis and Mitigation: Identifying and mitigating stray currents that can cause accelerated corrosion.

ii. AC Mitigation: Designing and implementing solutions to minimize the effects of AC interference on CP systems.

iii. Cathodic Protection for Tanks and Other Structures: Providing CP solutions for storage tanks, well casings, and other metallic structures.
